This Video clearly shows you what the skill cape's skill is. I hope this video makes you think that maybe since World Of Warcraft is have a expansion released in a few months, so is runescape but there trying to keep it a secet and giving clues like this one. I think that a transportation skill would only be needed if runescape was expanding, ALOT! Maybe even as big as what we currently know as runescpape, but double. To islands, one runescape and another about the same size. That would make sense Runescape is a company and it would only be right for it to compete with another MMORPG. Thanks for watching.
